November 30th, 2008 Author:

Every channel you tun to on television is taking about the recession.  They show you charts and graphs to prove to you the economic situation is grim.

Companies are begging for hand outs and our leaders have fallen bait, line and sinker for it.

As a member of my feng shui community by now you have the understanding that everything is energy.   You also know about the power of the spoken work.

Are You Taking Care of Your Feng Shui Relationships?

November 28th, 2008 Author:

I don’t have a lot of outlets to meet people. I was involved with someone who didn’t feel the same and then betrayed and hurt me deeply…having trouble letting go of love and the pain…

Feel like I am wasting my life and that I will die alone…tired of living my life thru my children. I love tem and want to be their for them. But I would like a life too…

This is one of those touchy subjects, Loving Yourself First.

We as a society (especially women) have been trained to take care of everyone else first.  It is time to put yourself first so that you can care for the ones you love.

You can use feng shui to start this new way of being.

Feng Shui Home Question From a Reader

November 26th, 2008 Author:

“I am separated (want to be divorced) but living in the same house with a man who has wreaked a lot of havoc with the finances. I need a job and to be able to afford to get the divorce and support myself and daughter.”

In the Feng Shui Home we want to address this on several fronts:

1.    Creating prosperity
2.    Gaining new knowledge
3.    Improving relationships

Obviously creating prosperity provides the means for achieving your new goal.

If you have not been working in the past it may mean that you need so education and training, this is where the new knowledge area of life come in and thirdly improving your relationship with your husband so that you can have a more harmonious home life while you are moving forward and also so that the change is amicable for everyone involved including your daughter.

Start with really defining your goals.

I mean more than finding a job and getting divorced.   This will take some time and real soul searching.  Don’t be afraid to write and re-write and make changes as you move along this new path.

Define what you want your life to really look and feel like.

If you need work what ideally would that look like?

Improper Feng Shui Can Keep You Inside the Box?

Feng Shui Kitchen Beams

Feng Shui Kitchen Beams

Look at all this wood.  It is so warm and inviting, yet a little overwhelming.

Yes, a little feng shui color would balance this out.

Maybe an area rug too.

However, this is not the reason I show you this photo.

Take a look at the effort ant work that went into the ceiling design.  They spent some money here to add this detail but created and energy that keep the people who live here living inside the box, void of creativity and the ability to grow and expand.
