 Similar to love and relationships is family.  Balancing this area will bring harmony to your family.  The colors of choice here are black, blue, and green.  Since water is the main element of family, a small fountain or aquatic artwork would be perfect in this area. 

 Another one of the life areas depicted on the Feng Shui Ba-Gua map is health.  Obviously this area is of vital importance to the success of the other aspects.  With good health, a person can achieve harmony in all other areas.  The colors to use in this area are orange, brown, and yellow.  Don’t forget the health elements of earth and fire. 

Children and creativity go hand in hand.  When you are having problems with your children, are hoping to have children, or simply want to stimulate your creativity, this is the area to pay special attention to.  This area should be full of subdued earth tones and yellow.  Those are the colors most useful in this aspect.  The element for children and creativity is metal in the Feng Shui Ba-Gua map.

 Education is very important to life’s success.  As such the skills and knowledge area of the home should be harmonized appropriately.  The use of the colors black and green are extremely useful in achieving the correct balance in this aspect of the Feng Shui Ba-Gua map.  Earth is the element for skills and knowledge.

 The helpful people and travel area of Feng Shui Ba-Gua is especially useful to pay attention to.  After all who doesn’t need useful people in their lives?  The colors to use in this area are black and white.  It is important to add elements of metal and water to this area for the best results. 

In terms of the career area of the home, the colors to use in this area are blue and white.  Balancing this aspect of the Feng Shui Ba-Gua map is helpful in promoting positive energy and harmony into your career.  Be sure to add an element of metal in this area as well.
