thicker curtains. Hang a crystal in the middle of darker rooms
to scatter energy or try to keep the windows open during the day
time hours. All of these Feng Shui tips will help to spread
energy out and to allow the room to be positively charged with
energy.
The Road to Weight Loss
In addition, you will want to add brighter colors to your home,
colors that attract positive energy and positive results. Fiery
colors like reds and oranges are often recommended in the
kitchen as these can help to stoke the digestive fires and help
with weight loss. Try adding some brighter colors in the place
where you cook to see how your body responds.
No matter how much weight you have to lose, you will still need
to eat less and exercise more, but with this Feng Shui advice,
you may find these changes are easier and more effective.
