Interior Designer is a professional trained to create a
functional and quality interior environment through
education and experience. A professional designer can
identify, research and resolve issues that lead to a
healthy, safe and comfortable physical environment. Ms.
Czarny, is a Professional member of the American Society of
Interior Design
(A.S.I.D.) and is the President of Wind and Water
Interiors, a design firm with more than 25 years of
experience in the field of residential and commercial
interiors. Ms. Czarny is a professional who can assist
you in: visualizing and creating the big picture for your project,
evaluating your options, creating a plan and managing the
process of each
phase from the inception of an idea to the
completion and grand opening or move in. Her
experience in the areas
of facilities & project management and green
design add to the skills that she brings to your project.
The firm's portfolio includes
projects for residential, model homes, hospitality, corporate
facilities, private offices, law offices and restaurants,
ranging in size from 500 to 750,000 square feet. |

Ms. Czarny has practiced interior design since 1977, when she
received her Bachelors Degree from Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University. Her major was Interior
Design with a concentration in Business. Since that
time she has managed projects with budgets from a few
hundred dollars to $64 million. She has also developed cost
containment programs with savings of $42 million.
In
1991 Ms. Czarny became the apprentice to a Feng Shui Master
and completed field studies for 5 years.
Since that time, she has continued to study,
practice, teach and master Feng Shui. She incorporates the
ancient Chinese art of placement into her interior design
work.
