Now is your moment of power

Now is your moment of power. The past is the past. You cannot change that. Now is the only thing you have control of. Now is what creates your future. So leave the past behind and harness the power of NOW and create the future you desire.

Surprisingly the Kua, Higher Self or God self does not know the difference between the past or the future because they really do not exist. The only thing that exists are your feeling about them and your feelings are in the present moment. The only thing that really exists in the now.

When you think or focus on the past your energy literally moves into the past.  You cannot change or alter the past.  You can only re-live it in your mind.  You have absolutely NO power if you are living in the past.  Unconsciously many people move through their day living in the past.  Listening to the programming that they grew up with.  Believing what the heard and saw.  These patterns repeating in the unconscious mind like a broken record.

Can we learn from the past.  Of course we can.  The key is to get the lesson and move on and live vibrantly in the present moment.  The same is true for the future.  When we think about the future and imagine an unhappy event we feel it in the present moment and create it with the power of now.  Visualization is very powerful but you must consciously be aware of how it makes you feel in the now.

When  you realize that right here right now is the only thing that you have power over.  What you choose to see, how you choose to respond or act, how you perceive your environment,  you have complete choice in this moment to create the next moment and the next moment and the next moment.

When you spend your time in the past or the future you give your right and ability to create your life.  When you are consciously living in the present you have unlimited power to create everything you can imagine.
