The head of my bed is north and the foot is south. Directly across from my bed is a dresser with a mirror on it. There is no way to arrange the room where the mirror isn't across from the bed. I've heard that this isn't a good arrangement and I should cover the mirror. I like having a mirror in the room for when I get dressed in the morning. Is it true that having the mirror across from the bed is bad? If so is there a good solution other than covering the mirror?

        Put a mirror facing your existing mirror on the opposite wall any size and it will heal the situation.

My wife and I have purchased a two story home with a attached garage. The home was built in 1996. Our driveway is about 20 feet long and 18 feet wide.  It is not flat but has a pronounced slope to it. We have heard that a driveway like this can cause our wealth to flow out. I can see it happening.

I have only recently discovered Feng Shui, and was wondering if you could help me . For the past 12 years my husband and I have been living here in the shore of Lough Corrib in the West of Ireland. We have the husbands old family home, an old stone two storey. The house is aprox 70 yrs old, although the family originated here some 300 yrs ago. It is, set in 18 acres, adjacent to the lake We are VERY SLOWLY renovating, only having hot water and heating since October last. The house is south facing, the front door and back door were in line, forming a corridor under the stairs. The
father-in-law removed the back door and a window was put in to form a bathroom. For the first 3 years we had no electricity, and until 1990 I referred to the building as Hell House! Now we have managed to 'release' a loving aura around the property, I have placed crystals in the windows, chimes in the kitchen and use incense and candles. We have planted 20 or so trees around the fields, in order to achieve a balance. What else can I do?
For the past three years I have been disabled with extremely severe
Rheumatoid Arthritis. As I am (only) 39 and have two young children I really need to help myself more, as I really dislike taking the huge amount of steroids that I do. Could the building itself be contributing to the illness?

I have just bought an executive apartment which sits south and faces north (the north direction is obtained from outside the front door using a compass).

I am not sure about the direction of my house. I live in Northern Ontario, Canada. The house has an attached garage. The house is rectangular (not including the garage that sticks out 22 feet at the front left hand corner if looking at it at the front from the street) with the number 150. There is also a main entrance at the front of the house and one right next to it coming in from the garage - at the back of the house we have French doors that step onto a deck. In the backyard there is a ravine with a lot of trees and a path and stream at the bottom of the hill. Hello, has my bedroom anything to do with the constant struggle in my relationship and finances. I work hard and I am always on the lookout for self improvement. I live in an internal garage attached to a 2 bedroom flat. My Nanna lives in the largest room, my sister in the smaller room and me in the internal garage. Which means there is a roller door, which is closed off and that end of the garage is used as storage, I enter my room via the laundry, there are no windows, the only light I get is through the small window and back door directly opposite the entrance to the garage from the laundry. I also have storage under my bed which I know is not a good thing - however I keep my bedroom polished and clean and tidy. What can I do to counteract negative energy that may be in there? I wonder if you could give some advice on selling our home. My husband (06/20/59) and myself (05/17/53) have recently purchased a new home and now we have to list our current home for sale. Our current home faces east, and there is a T in the road in front of our house I have placed a Birch Tree directly in front of this T, so when you look out the Window you cannot see the T. The ensuite door faces the head of our bed and the room is to small to change this. I currently have a brass chime outside the front door to the right. The number for our house is 17, I would like to enhance the home as much as possible to generate a quick sale and to be able to get as much for the house as possible. Can you give any suggestions. The people in the house directly opposite us are a problem. There is one adult and one teenage boy. The adult is almost never there, and the teenager runs the house. He has loud parties in his garage, and people are constantly coming and going all night. I have reason to believe he is dealing drugs. The visitors leave garbage all over the neighborhood, drive extremely fast and dangerously up and down the street, and make a lot of noise. The adult in the household does not care.
